New Website & Last Pre-Alpha Build

• Website 3.0 is live: Check out the new PUNCHY CLEAN style and get the first look at an Experooment!

• Cinematic Roos have also been getting the treatment, we’ve got 40 seconds of exciting Roo action lined up for the video!

  

Game Development

• Build v264 is live on Elixir Launcher and mobile android & iOS (testflight). This is the last pre-alpha build open for private playtests; it makes up 50% of the upcoming Origin Roo-gated Alpha launching in Q1!

  

  Hang out in discord to catch play sessions with the community team!

• Players who have registered can now login with just their unique username

• We’ve put in regional servers, so make sure you’re in the right region if you’re looking to join your friends in a game!

  

  Best Ping is actually my home continent.

• Custom lobbies can be created by typing any heckin cool word in Room Code, and making sure your friends put the same word in so you spawn in the same private lobby
  And select the same regional server, too!

  

  Don’t do ‘Roo’ cus thats my custom lobby and I am unimaginative.

• Your little Roos will now spawn in this playpen of death while waiting for other players to join the Mini-Rooyale

  

  In this screenshot I have already murdered everyone so I won before the match even began, making Jamb the most talented Roo in Roohalla.

• The login server was crashing last week when many players tried to login at once, it has been fixed

• Match loading screen has been updated because Jambs like sunsets :3

  

  There is no Roo falling because I killed him already.

Community

• The last phase of Bopping Pilgrimage has wrapped up! Origin Roos are headed back for the feast with all the HOTSAUCE they collected…

• Opportunities in RooHub Alpha this week included Rove World presale, Liberty Square’s Xmas Gifts and Khuga whitelist allocation!

• The Community Croo has gotten a hold of a Rooniverse access code for Elixir and is giving them out to verified RooHub members who want to get heckin obliterated in the Pre-alpha v264!

• Co-founders Jpegmaxi and Melty had a mini team lunch with Community Croo members Sallyjack and Tonytown!

  

  Jamb was not invited because I bit the new team members last time.
